Has anyone ever had a false cps report filed against them by their child’s teacher? Child is in elementary school
Teachers are mandated reporters. If they suspect something, they have to say something.
Not by a teacher but yes……if people say certain things they have to investigate weather they believe the accusations or not. Go with it or they can and will make your life hell. Let them find out for themselves it’s false.
Yes! Idk whether it was intentional but my son had an accident at school (this was a decade ago), and a report was filed because he smelled like pee. He was left that way the whole day (kindergarten). I always wondered if a teacher didn’t realize it happened at school or if someone called to cover their a$$ because he was technically neglected while at school. It happens.
