Anyone constantly struggle to get their kids to stay in bed at bedtime? I need some tips/tricks because she cannot stand being in a room on her own.
Just keep putting them back in bed. Don’t say anything don’t make eye contact the first time they get out you can tuck them back in but every time after that just place them on the bed and walk out. 
My kids are 9 and 7 and still do this lol ugh
Lay down with her until she falls asleep ?
