Is anyone having trouble with middle names?

My son had his dad’s middle name, which is also his dad’s middle name.
My daughter has my middle name, which is my mom’s middle name.

You could search by meaning or origin. That helped us narrow down some.
My first daughters middle name is Filene. My second babies middle name is Maeve
I can’t come up with a boy name to save my life 
I always use family names for middle names.

My daughter’s name is my mother’s and great grandma’s middle name and her middle name is her Grandpa’s middle name. Kathleen Aubrey

We used family names for our middles: Grace, James & Ruth.
we didn’t want to use names that were super popular in our family’s, and most the names that get used lots in our families didn’t sound right with the first names we choose for our girls. I pretty well decided our first daughters middle name once I met her, and I’m probably going to do the same with our newest when she arrives:sweat_smile:
I just took my favorite first names and made my second favorite the middle name
Nope I had my kids picked out it was very easy I named my kids after people who are Important to me
my oldest there was a middle the dad liked but i didnt . and my aunt came up with a better one.and my 2nd kinda had hard time coming up with middle but we carried on the middle name in the family.and my 3rd well i always like the name kallie and she got that. so the middle names are summer,mae,kallie
I let my husband pick as long as it sounded good with first and last.
we spent way too much time deciding on our girls middle name. our boys were both named after family but no family names went with our girls first name & i was so frustrated about it for too long. but our little girl’s name will be corinne rae. she’s due in november.
