I have always Loved sur names as first names ie. Mitchel, Sawyer, Marshall, Parker.

Brian Jr would be meaningful to your hubby. But I get it…me and my hubby had a difficult time with a boy name and didn’t decide on him being a Junior until he was delivered

I have 4 sons but one has my husbands name as the middle name as I don’t like the idea of calling them the same name as if you are call one the other may come to me . There are so many names even if it was just junior for the first name is better then the same name.

Simplest would be Deanne Gene for a girl or Dean Gene for a boy imo But for unique maybe something like Mavis Deanne Gene for a girl or
