The second Wednesday of every month but only the months that have 31 days otherwise the 3rd Tuesday.

Depends when you want to have the baby/be at your biggest
If you want a summer baby, 9 months before summer
If you want a winter baby, 9 months before winter
But if you don’t want to be heavily pregnant in summer, I’d avoid giving birth in autumn
Is there a birth month you want to avoid? Don’t try 9 months before then
Honestly try not to be super pregnant during the summer. 
I’ve had 5 kids and by far the best birth times for me was my January & February babies. And since it was winter time I just didn’t leave the house so they wouldn’t get sick. Not super pregnant in the summer and pretty much past all morning sickness by the time the holidays roll around. And then by the next summer baby is big enough to actually be able to go out and enjoy the summer time! I had 2 in Fall which sucked because you’re heavily pregnant in summer and I also have a June baby which also sucked because I love summertime activities but newborns obviously can’t be out in the heat like that.
