My daughter turns 7 in May, and I’m already making plans, lol. We are doing frozen themed this year. She is going to be Elsa and her little sister who is 18 months will be Anna. It’s going to be adorable. I’m working on invitations to send to my family first week of March. I want to do custom ones with her dressed up in her dress posing and post that to the invite. Anyone know how to do this? Lol. I usually do the character on the invite but thought it would be super cute to do it this way.

Etsy has cute downloads that you can add pictures in or maybe walgreens
Download the Walgreens app. You can make the invitation in the app. So easy. I have done it the last 3 years.
You can make invitations on Shutterfly with pictures.
Canva! If you get Canva Pro (theres a free trial) so you can add the picture of her and remove the background so its just her, and then use whatever background you want for the invite 
CVS or Walgreens let you create your own cards, etc with your photos and print them out to be picked up.
