Anyone else with a 10 month old that doesn’t care for table food but likes baby food? I just want to make sure she is getting enough nutrients!

Breastmilk or formula should be the main source of food until 12 months. Food/baby food is to be given about 30 minutes after bf/formula & only a few bites a day.
Their main source of nutrition is breast milk/formula for the 1st year. Foods up til that point are just for practice and exploration.
My 11 month old barely eats table food. We’ve found very few things she likes. If you’re concerned about nutritional needs being met, continue giving formula/bm. My baby drinks milk and eats a lot of the baby food pouches and we offer table foods when we eat. I always give her as much as she will take and offer a pouch when we are done if she didn’t eat enough.
