Tech yes you can. You don’t know when you will ovulate and actually get your period again. Bodies are smart they want to be sure they aren’t in survival mode because being pregnant is so taxing and you guys wouldn’t survive way way way long ago. Just keep eating clean getting your healthy fats in and it should all fall in line. You may also speak to your GP or Gyno and see if they have anymore tips as well.

Yes. I am proof. I too thought I couldn’t get pregnant after not having a period for 3 years. Just figured I was in early menopause. Well at 38 years old I felt something weird moving and went to the dr. I was pregnant. And not just pregnant I was 8 months pregnant. Best miracle ever. My son is 13 now and I’m so grateful for him!
I had the merina taken out in February and didn’t get a period after, I’m now 16 weeks pregnant
You can. Ovulation comes before your period, so it’s possible to conceive before it ever comes back.

I’m just sayin, I have endometriosis and PCOS. Never had a period my whole life, AND was on birth control to try and start a period. I got pregnant FIRST time my ex and I had sex. I wasn’t even supposed to have kids. Had 4 doctors tell me it never happen. I’ve had a period like clockwork since my daughter was born. I think ANYTHING is possible.

You have to ovulate to have a period. So without a period to tell you when and if you ovulate to be able to start, you can.
See your doctor! They can see whats going on. My aunt lost hers due to an eating disorder and never got it back. Some people dont

You can get any time you have unprotected sex. You do not have to ovulate. The sperm can travel up the fallopian tubes. But you can ovulate without a period as well.

I was feeling the same way you were. Then I got pregnant and I hardly ever get my period. I didn’t have a period in two years then my daughter was born and I had two periods after and not one since

You get your period after you ovulate so yes you can get pregnant without a period as you may have caught just as you were about to have your first period. It’s how a lot of women get caught out after having a baby etc as they think their periods haven’t returned so they aren’t fertile. I would take a test if you are having any symptoms.

My periods was always crazy still are sometimes. When I got pregnant with my little boy I hadn’t had a period in over a year due to my period being so irregular. I found out I was pregnant 2 months into my pregnancy. I didnt feel any different or anything but no sooner than the dr told me is when the morning sickness hit.

For sure you can. My sorry is different from your but I did get pregnant without a period. I miscarried in October and my OB said to wait until I get a period before I try to conceive again. By February still no period so I made an appointment to find out why. A few days before my appointment I did a random pregnancy test and it came back positive. Hope everything works out the way you want it too. Congrats on working on yourself and fighting your eating disorder.

And never had any periods in between
But I also breastfeed

Yes it is possible…I have always had very irregular periods and for my first child I went 3 or 4 months without having my period and ended up pregnant. However go see a Dr about your fertility cause everyone is different

Just because you’re not having a period, doesn’t mean you aren’t ovulating. Try a fertility test!

Why have unprotected sex and take the chance? If you aren’t ready to have a child, protect yourself. You said you recently started seeing someone which sounds like you couldn’t possibly know this person well. What about diseases? It takes years to really know a person. I’d be sure I knew them WELL before I took a chance of having a child with them. Be responsible and don’t end up a single mom with a shitty father for your child. I’m sure you know plenty of people in this situation.

Getting pregnant is always a possibility… even when you are told it is not unless you are missing reproductive organs to do as such… or have been 100000000% diagnosed as infertile… pregnancy can happen when you least expect it if you are not careful!

I have 0-1 periods a year and ive had 4 kids. Everytime i went in with a nee pregnancy they would ask me my last menstrual cycle and i never knew. Between baby #2 and 3 there was no period at all so my due date was all based on baby sizing. Good luck to you

Yes, because even if you don’t get your period you could potentially be ovulating. Most likely you aren’t but you should definitely go see a specialist. You may have PCOS or Endo
My periods were always extremely irregular and we still ended up getting pregnant and now I have 3 beautiful babies and an Angel baby

It is very unlikely to conceive if you are not getting you periods because you are not ovulating … Give it some time . The same thing happened to me as a teenager (the ammenorrhea, or period absence . I stopped getting my period due to excessive dieting and it returned a year later after I started eating more healthy and substantially … wishing you the best of luck

Having a period does not dictate fertility. Yes you can if you have the organs to reproduce.
I had my period 2-3 weeks a month from medical stuff from age 10-16 then it just stopped. NO sight of a period anywhere. When I was 20 I felt so sick. Took pregnancy test an was positive. My Dr was convinced it was IMPOSSIBLE so he did blood test pee test and ultrasound and all 3 confirmed i was pregnant. Now my son is almoat 8 and ive still never had a period since.
yes, if this is the month your cycle restarts you could be ovulating right now and not realize it

Absolutely. I have irregular cycles because I have pcos and I hadn’t had a cycle for 10 months and fell pregnant with my daughter. My OB says it’s unhealthy for your body if you go 3 months or more without having a cycle you should get an appointment with your OB. Because not having a cycle when suppose to us unhealthy.

You need to see your doctor and get something to start your period. It’s important to have once so many times a year to minimize the risk of cancer. That aside. Yes. You can ovulate without having a period.

Fun story. I got depo right after having my first. Missed the second shot after 3 months. Was told not to worry because depo usually stays in your system for a little while thats a big lie. Everyone is different. If you don’t want a baby you better wrap that crap up or get on bc. Get a pregnancy test asap. I fell off the toilet when i got my bfp with my second i didnt have a period either.

Yes you can, you ovulate before a period which is when you can get pregnant. So even if you haven’t had a period you could still have ovulated and then conceived. My cycle stopped for 6 months at a time for a couple of times when I was younher due to eating disorder but then restarted again once I was healthier so can definitely happen
If you have the parts to get pregnant and have sex with someone who can get you pregnant, then take precautions and take a test if necessary.
A lot of people who were told they can’t get pregnant or hasn’t had a period, get pregnant.

If you are not pregnant now, start using condoms until you are absolutely sure you are done having an eating disorder. Pregnancy puts on a lot of weight sometimes. Can you handle that yet? It takes a lot of energy to raise s newborn. You can’t go back to having an eating disorder ever again to be a healthy mom. Don’t have a baby until you have a healthy mindset. What if you have a daughter and she sees yout eating disorder and picks it up too. You want a child as healthy as possible. So make sure you are really ready for a baby. Praying for you. This happened to me… I also didn’t have periods or very rarely even years after my eating disorder. I had to go on clomid to promote ovulation and follicle growth followed by a shot to release the eggs once follicles were mature. Lots of work and stress and doctor visits but it can be achieved.
