Thats so ridiculous. How can he be financially responsible for a child that’s not even his…if he adopted then yes but otherwise he is just your ex and not the child’s legal guardian. You must be mistaken somewhere
Texas does this. My ex husband is not the bio dad, but pays child support bc he was on birth certificate since birth, he legally claimed that child, and in the laws eyes the child is his.
You can perition it in court and get DNA TEST done once its proven to whose the father there is when you can petition it. But make your husband perition it saying its not his kid and go from there
If you separated in 2018 & the baby was born in 2020 you must have had the longest pregnancy in history or you had another partner who has to be the father, you’ve got no chance
