For the 3 year old just buy the thing that they are interested in like the shows they like or superhero. 3 month old won’t remember much so I would by age appropriate learning toys or clothes and teethers
I got my 12 month old grandson this. It’s the cutest.
Memberships ( zoo, aquarium, storybook land, sea same place etc
Keep checking marketplace. Kids outgrow toys so fast at that age you can get in new condition toys for cheap. I suggest leapfrog toys. The older ones like the book style leap pad & the animals that sing teaching sounds are great.
