I used lactaid for my son

As a regular drink I’d go with water, but for like cereal I like unsweetened vanilla almond milk

I’ve seen a couple tik toks where moms almost lost their babies cause they fed them regular whole milk. Too much of it is bad I guess :woman_shrugging:t2: I’ve been using lactaid since my baby turned 1 tho :ok_hand:t3:

We only do mostly water, but if our 1 year old wants a sippy we go w unflavored oat milk. My other children (4 & 6) also use this when they want cereal

I use lactaid for myself because I’m lactose intolerant

I use Walmart or Kroger brand lactose free milk. Me, myself, and my daughter use it and when my son is old enough he will be too bc we are all lactose intolerant

l get paid over $180 per hour working from home. l never thought I’d be able to do it but my buddy makes over $18289 a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The possibility with this is endless.

Oat milk, and coconut milk don’t have the nutrients your child meeds like regular milk does. It does have some. Oat milk, not really honestly. Almond milk or Goat milk is probably the best option.

Goat milk or toddler formula if you’re looking for the nutrition. My son refused to drink milk so we just went with water and subbed with extra yogurt and cheese for dairy, but he’s been above the 95% in the growth curve since he was 3 months old.

We use Ripple milk which is a plant based alternative. Our pediatrician and the pediatric nutritionist we see actually recommend this type and brand whereas this alternative doesn’t. Cows milk has so many unnecessary hormones and fillers. They don’t recommend soy because it tends to “clog” and constipate young kiddos

I actually used toddler formula from age 1-2 then went to milk at age 2.

Soy is the closest protein wise, but some babies that are sensitive to milk are also sensitive to soy. We use almond milk .
