Daycare meal ideas?

I run a small day care in my home…ideas on lunch and dinner items for the kiddos? there are 8 in total…ages 1-4…looking for one pot meals that go a long way

I worked at a daycare as a cook. One of their favorites were beanie tacos. I did refried beans added taco seasoning out in crockpot. Put beans on flour tortilla with cheese and they loved taco day
