we have a open case…our worker keeps saying were doing good and making awsome improvements, were doing the homemakers prohrams she sat us up with…yet i had another caseworker try tio contact me, saying a caseworker has reached out to her for assistance and wanta to schedule a home visit… should we be worried? or do the caseworkers need help too? were doing everything were suppose to and she even said that to us, i mean if it was bad, i would think they would just show up…according to our worker,were soing everything right
I would listen to what your original case worker is saying. Caseworkers are extremely understaffed for what their case load is.
