Can anyone recommend a decongestant to use while I’m pregnant… I tried mucinex and it’s not working.
It’s most likely pregnancy rhinitis. Super fun, I’m currently dealing with it too. Get a neti-pot, it’s just saline solution so you can use it as many times throughout the day as you need to and it clears you out pretty well for a little while. My doctor also said I could do Flonase.
