Is it true that antibiotics cancel birth control? I really do not want another child and have been taking antibiotics for a UTI for a week now, and my doctor never informed me 
Most do. Always have back up.
Yep, they sure do. Depending upon how long it has been I would get some Plan B to take ASAP. Ask a pharmacist about taking it along with regular birth control though.
