I would say to change the locks while he’s away. I don’t know if you’re here in the US but here if he digs his heels in you’ll have to get him evicted. But lock him out and he has no legs to stand on

He’s established residence…unless he knows those rules serve him a printed written notice that he has to vacate…get a civil standby if you have to to get his ass out of your house…don’t cook for him clean for him…tell him the food is yours and your child’s until he gets his butt out if there…change your locks…take away the toilet paper …hide it so he has none…do anything you can to get him out…

You still have to have an eviction notice in my state. If someone, it doesn’t matter who, has been in the home for 30+ days, you have to serve with eviction notice.

I’m in this same rut, caught my partner messaging women on snapchat and asking for pics etc. That’s just a tiny part of his messaging. He’s a pro deleter of messages too, caught him out with that and he still denies it to my face. He even tells people about it and then denies that too 
We have a daughter, except I’m a NZ citizen mother so I don’t get paid much at all therefore he pays all the bills. I literally have nobody here as all my family live on the other side of Aussie (QLD & VIC). Until financial tax comes in I feel basically trapped here. Doesn’t help that I suffer from Depression and anxiety with borderline BP & split personality disorder. I literally suffer in silence playing the happy girl on the outside.

Give him 30 days written notice, keep a copy for yourself so that if he doesn’t get out by then you can show the authorities and if he isn’t out by then call the cops! with any sort if luck he will leave quietly and soon. If he gives you any trouble call the cops and get a restraining order.
