Going to court for child support he refused to take the test within the fourteen days he filed an extension two days before the 14 days was up I filed a motion for a default for paternity since he is resfusing etc and then he filed a motion for opposed the paternity for default. Any help appreciated and he wants me to pay for his paternity test heck no

that’s not your expense. he should have just done what he was supposed to.

Make a deal! If he comes back his he pays for it and if it comes back not you reimburse him

Check with the courts to see if they will pay for it. When my ex wanted one it was through the courts, so it was free.

So you want him to pay child support but also want him to prove me is the father that has to pay you ? …… good luck.
