I am currently a little over 35 weeks pregnant and just wondering if anyone else on this page had a bicornuate uterus. It is very common to deliver before 40 weeks but also just as possible to go to term or past it. My baby is head down but I haven’t lost my mucus plug and he hasn’t dropped yet (which I know sometimes they don’t drop until right before birth)

Some would want to induce/section around 37-38 weeks depending on babes size and if it could cause further issues

I do! I had my twins at 34 weeks+2 due to baby a’s heart rate dropping during contractions. They were both breach so emergency c-section. Baby #3 I had at 38weeks+5 due to gestational diabetes complications. Baby #4 I am currently 16 weeks and no complications so far! I have gestational diabetes again but all is well with baby. All my babies were very healthy. Twins were 4 lbs 11 ounces and 4 pounds 13 ounces and #3 was 7 pounds 12 ounces. They all 3 had to stay in the NICU just for observation but they came home shortly after and have been healthy ever since!
I have a uterus like that, my son came on his own a day before his due date,my water broke at home and that’s also when I started losing my plug, he didn’t drop until I was about 6cm and then he decided to drop.
I had my daughter at 41 weeks and 3 days. Only lost my mucus plug the morning of the birth.
