Your doc should be able to give u something. My doc asked me if i need anything. I am due in nov. No sickness

They can give you a prescription for nausea to take, however ask if gravol is safe(just the regular kind). I used that all the time until my second trimesters, it was cheaper and did the same thing!

Try preggie pop drops, saltines, Gatorade. Try switching your prenatal

My friend ate a lot of crackers she carried them round.Heard ginger can be good…If its bad deffo see doc you may need fluids

I was like that my entire pregnancy with my second Daughter they had to give me meds to help but they still didn’t help much she was a big baby lol.

Try ginger root once a day, b6 3 times a day, if that doesn’t work ask your doctor for meds. I started with this but had to get zofran. I am 19 weeks and use peppermint and hard candy as well

Try saltine crackers my friend use to get sick Alot and that is the one thing she could eat and keep down

Besides anti nausea meds when I first woke up I would make sure to eat something light like a banana or some toast and drink water. Even still in bed! A few more naps which was hard with a toddler but I was so sick and warm liquids helped settle my stomach also.

Try eating ginger with sugar…and biscuits may also help…avoid carrots that cause nausea…

Can you (as a doula) help this young woman Ashley?

Ginger chew candies!!

What worked for me was lemon ginger tea and trail mix with dried fruit. I would eat a couple of nuts and a piece of fruit every 30 minutes all day to keep my blood sugar stable and that controlled my nausea. Ginger is proven to help nausea, lemon makes it taste better, and the tea helped keep me hydrated.

Smoke a little bit of weed or eat some edibles may help

When i was pregnant lemonade helped my stomach a ton! Also vitamin b6 helped my nausea

Candy canes always helped me a ton

I would suck on em thru out the day and it would stop me from being sick

Have some saltine crackers and ginger ale honey

Vitamin b helped me. I drank vitamin water the yellow one.

Go to the Dr and tell them how ur feeling…

Pregnant or not starlight mints help me but when I was pregnant sucking ice cubes helped me

I ate chicken soup because I was the same way. Also if you have started prenatal vitamins taking them after you eat is always nicer than before.

I took a little ginger capsule, ate lots of saltines, and wore Psi bands.

gingerale was my savor and peppermint candies

Also, get checked for genetic mutation of MTHFR. That could be causing the folic acid in your prenatals to make you so sick. You would just need to find one with bio-available folate instead, as the mutation would mean your body can’t make the conversion (called methylation).

Crackers even before you get out of bed. Or get meds from doc.

GinGins you can order on Amazon the only way my husband gets through Chemo sickness :raised_hands:

All I could eat was peaches

My doctor ended up prescribing me medication for morning sickness, it was a complete lifesaver

Ginger root candy. You can find at a Whole Foods store. Also helps with heartburn.

Ginger root sliced in sparkling water or ginger chews candy really settled my nausea. It worked really well for me !

Eat some watermelon. That will help alot

I’ll be completely honest… I never broke my pre pregnancy weight because I was so sick my ENTIRE PREGNANCY. However, if you talk to your doctor, he/she will probably prescribe you Zofran (Ondancetron is the off brand). It works for most people, but didn’t work for me. They prescribed me another one, but for the life of me I can’t remember what it was.

Sparkling water, try the mild flavors first. Peppermint tea or disks, saltines

Whole pickles. And sprite pop helped me tremendously. Also got medicine from my doctor if it got too extreme.

Unisolm and vitamin b6 once daily at night.

Doctor put me on zofran

Ginger candy
Preggie pops
Pickle Juice

I ended up going to the hospital because my morning sickness was so bad with my second pregnancy, the doctor prescribed me medicine to take for it. Maybe ask your doctor. Other than that my first pregnancy I got suckers and hard candy that was supposed to help with nausea. You could probably find them in the baby section of stores.

B6 and unisom at night to help the next day sickness

Cheerios and peppermint tea saved me. Took a ziplock bag of Cheerios with me everywhere …and Kerr’s lemon drop candies

Benadryl or Unisom with Vitamin b12 is what I was prescribed… they also tried Zofran… granted, I had Hyperemesis so it didn’t help… but it’s otc.

Also, LOTS OF WATER!!! and you have to eat, even if it’s just crackers or something. Listen to your cravings.

After talking to your dr and getting professional advice and medical attention.
This is just mom advice…Honestly just listen to your body. Find something your body might want. Go walk around in a market, grocery store, fresh market, or somewhere they are cooking something amazing. Like fresh bread. It might spike a new craving you didn’t know you have! :slightly_smiling_face: good luck mama!

Diclectin can be prescribed for that it works amazingly, it’s for morning sickness ask about it or even google it. It will be life saver, also drinking hot water with some lemon and ginger and honey very good or peppermint tea is a tummy tamer too

I used ginger candies and froze Gatorade in ice cube trays.

Mommie pops, ginger chews/losengers walmart cough drop isle

Saltine chewed before open eyes in am, or when ever neutralizes all the stomach acid.
Your olfactory is working over time, sensativity to smells!

I was on diclegis up until about 3 weeks ago. Im currently 6 months pregnant. You can ask your obgyn what meds he can prescribe for you for the morning sickness that are safe for baby. Also what has been working for me is eating snacks every 2 or 3 hours. Whether it be vegetables, a granola bar, a bowl of yogurt, peanuts…make sure you are eating small snacks inbetween your big meals and drink so much water you literally feel like youre turning into niagra falls.

Saltines and ginger ale

Antacids like Zantac and saltine crackers cheese slices. Learn to nibble small meals day and night with small sips of fluid. Never overload the belly.

Protein breakfast drinks were my best friend because of nausea.

Mine was horrible with my first. I threw up non-stop all day long unless I was asleep! Even pickles, which I could eat all the time growing up and is considered the pregnancy food, made me so sick if I didn’t take a nap I’d be nauseous or puking all day. Saltines didn’t work for me but they might for you. I ate ramen noodles three or more times a day for months, yes I know they’re not good for you but it was literally the only thing I could keep down! Salty fries worked with my other 2 babies but not with my first. I’d try different things and see if there is something, anything, you can keep down and do your best to eat that as many times a day you can. Good luck!

Get more sleep. Cool cloth on forehead when waking up. Nibble saline cracker before getting up. Scent of lemon is to help with sickness. Good luck

I puked entire pregnancy my doc had to perscribe me something. I had to take it as soon as my eyes opened or i was throwing up all day long.

Lots Of Fluids, Try Preggie Pops, Try Dry Foods (Toast, Crackers, Cereal Preferably Cheerios) Zofran Was My Best Friend During My 1sr Trimester. I Was Sick Like That With My Daughter. Good Luck Mama!! Ill Br Praying For You!! Congrats Btw! Your Gna Love Being A Momma!!

Ginger candy and saltines really helped me. Also, seltzer water but that can be a hit or miss.

The clue is smell all kinds of foods think of all kinds of foods and whatever appeals do your taste buds or sounds good or your body is craving is exactly what you and the baby need and right now your hormones are making you feel off that with both my boys I had to have Mexican food every single day and they had finally put me on a salt-free diet even salt free tomato paste which is horrible salt-free cheese is worse and so Now’s the Time to eat what you’re craving and pretty soon you will start craving this or that just odd things it’s funny that way but the baby knows what it wants and needs

Besides anti nausea meds when I first woke up I would make sure to eat something light like a banana or some toast and drink water. Even still in bed! A few more naps which was hard with a toddler but I was so sick and warm liquids helped settle my stomach also.

Ginger ale helped me so much. And peppermint tea

Try Preggie Pop drops Plus, they have vitamin B6 with half a unisom at night.
