How accurate are the Dollar Tree pregnancy tests? I just took two and both are super dark likes positive. Only like 6 days late

Those are the tests I took when I found out I was pregnant with my almost 2 year old! Accurate for me!

At 5 weeks along you’ll def pop positive. Time to head to the PCM and get it confirmed so you can get into the OB.
Worked great for me. I tested at 4 weeks with twins and then again with my son. Both times didn’t even miss a period.
I’ve always used them for my pregnancies & always been accurate!
They accurate…those are the same ones they use at the clinics…

They were accurate for my son who is almost 6 years old! I took 4 of those suckers! 
I was only a day late.
100% correct ever time for me.

that’s what they use at the doctor’s office 
They are the same ones they use at the OB office. But all 3 of my kids were DT test babies:person_shrugging: why pay more for the same thing

You’re more likely to get a false negative than you are a false positive. You’re almost certainly pregnant.

I took mine pretty early and i got very quick and dark lines almost instantly and were correct

Used them three different times. All came back positive. My kids are now 19, 14, and 13 lol

Same as any other test…used for all my pregnancies and tested positive on the day of missed period
Dollar tree was more accurate than a 25 dollar test with my first. I only use dollar store now
Mine was correct too. 2 days late, positive. I went to the store and got 2 name brand tests to be sure and both of those were positive as well.
They have never let me down yet . I took other ones that said it was neg and took these right after and got a solid positive and it was 100% accurate everytime
They all are accurate. The only ones i took for my boys were Walmarts 87 cent ones!
Dollar store test was how I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter.
Very accurate for me plus i was told those are exactly what dr offices use as well

Extremely accurate. I got a positive on that test before any of the more expensive, fancy tests.

Very accurate. That was the only one that came back positive when I was pregnant with my son, he’s 17 now.
I took them a few times , each time they were very right , I have three kiddos

You don’t need an expensive one. False positives are almost impossible so while a cheap test might come up negative when a more expensive one doesn’t, a positive is a positive.
i only use dollar store tests . no need to waist a bunch of money on em when u can buy em for a dollar ! congradulations!!!
I have 5 lids all of them I found out by the dollar store tests they are legit
I got my pregnancy test at Dollar Tree 13 years ago and it was accurate.
I was only 5 weeks pregnant when I found out.
I used a dollar store test with my middle and youngest daughters both were correct my girls are now almost 6.5 & 5

They are all the same technology. Just different packaging

The same as the hospital as long as they aren’t expired and you read them in the allotted time.
That’s the only ones I use! Better than paying extra for a test that’s not as accurate ! CONGRATS

I got the 88 cents tests from Wal Mart for all 3 of my kids and always accurate

I always found dollar tree tests to show a positive sooner than the expensive tests, especially better than the digital ones.
They have always been spot on for me. I have four children now and every time I “thought” I was pregnant we would get a high end test and it would say negative. But same day I would take a dollar store $1 one and it would be positive. Go into the doctors and get a blood draw, sure enough I was definitely pregnant lol but for some reason the expensive ones always say negative
They are 100% accurate the dr gives the same cheap test then if that’s a positive they confirm with blood tests

“Only like 6 days late” you ma’am are… pregnant. A test is a test no matter the cost. They are all made for the same thing…your pee. I did dollar ones from Walmart when I got pregnant the first time. And the second time I used the ovulation kit on Amazon that came with tests. I tested positive so went to my local dollar general in my small town and got 2 cheap ones and they were also positive

I’ve used them all 3 times I thought I was pregnant, and they damn sure were accurate. They are the same ones used at the health dept.

When it comes to any pregnancy test, you’re more likely to get a false negative rather than a false positive.
The $1 tests are similar (if not the same) to the ones that are used by health departments and probably several doctors offices as well.
Pregnancy test inaccuracies are almost entirely false negatives due to hcg sensitivity variations. False positives are extremely rare no matter the brand. If you’re seeing positive results there’s a 99% chance you are pregnant.
