How can I clean baby items?

I received alot of baby items that can’t go in the washer that need to be washed how do I clean them alot of toys and a jumper thing that doesn’t come apart can I was it like a playpen?

Depending on the items playpens, strollers even. I’ve washed them in the bathtub lol

The toys put in the top shelf of dishwasher, the jumper mix laundry soap and water in the bathtub, let it soak in that and swirl it in it, then use the shower head to rinse it out, you can lay it outside in the sun to dry

Tub, sink, hose, disinfectant wipes, soap+warm water in a bowl with a rag………
