How can I get my teen to care for his hair?

How can I get my 15 year old to care fo rhis curly hair? I dont care he doesnt want to apply product but he doesnt even brush it so it mattes and he refuses to get it cut…what can I do?

Most kids don’t anymore …it use to drive me insane but it’s their body and if that’s how they want to represent their self let them just a phase

He’s 15 and it’s his hair…just let him be, is my advice.

Tell him he will have to cut it if it mattes up to much.
