What is the best thing to get nail polish off my wall, light switch and inside my toilet? My 7 year old decided to have fun with nail polish he snuck out of my room while I was feeding my newborn

Don’t use nail polish remover that’s acetone based on anything that is plastic! It will destroy it. That includes your lightswitch/plate. Try rubbing alcohol, or hairspray.
