How can we warm up our basement?

So does anyone else have a cold basement?With the way our floor plan is, we mostly hangout in the basement. Any tips to warm up our basement without installing a separate HVAC?

If you have vents down to the basement and vents in the upstairs. Close the upstairs vents. Heat rises so your upstairs should still stay relatively warm while warming your basement. Otherwise space heaters but the kind that shut off if they are tipped over or get too hot.

We have an electric fire place and a rugged area with the TV and the main hang out space so it’s warmer in that area. The rear is concrete

Wood stove, pellet stove, electric fireplace.

You could buy space heaters!

Electric fireplace. Insulate walls.
