How do I get my toddler to stop coming in my room every night? She constantly wakes up and comes in my room and wakes me up and takes forever to go tback to sleep
Sound machine, diffuser with sleepy essential oils, blackout curtain, night light. That’s all what we have had in our boys’ rooms. We don’t allow them to come into bed with us. We will lay down in their bed a little at bedtime, they know they won’t be sleeping in our bed. A firm, but loving, “no” has worked for us.
