How in the world do you get pen off of painted walls? We are in the middle of moving out of our house and are selling it, and my child found a pen in the moving box, and you can guess what happened. What helps?

Magic erasers. The mr clean brand that are āsā shaped. Get them soaking wet too that helps a lot
If you have time to stop by a Home Depot I bought these for painted walls and it has gotten permanent marker out. Worth it

If you have a Dollar Tree near you pick up a bottle of Awsome. Its a yellowish color in a spray bottle in the cleaning supplies section. Its amazing. I use it on laundryā¦rust mark off counterā¦perm marker. You wonāt be sorry!
Mr. Clean. Burning hot water and bleach. Or just plain bleach sprayed on the wall. Just make sure you wear a white t.
Baby wipes work on a lot of things too. And its something most people have on hand. But yea if baby wipes wont do it then magic eraser should just be careful it could take paint off too.
Someone told me toothpaste takes off crayon and marker but I havenāt tried it so not sure

Banana boat sunscreen spray. Spray it on and it will come right off. Works for permanent marker too. One of my kids drew a giant stick man on their wall

Going strong with the me clean magic eraser (generic wonāt work) just get it wet ring it out and shouldnāt take much before itās gone
Felt tip marker And crayon tide powdered laundry soap and a magic eraser.ink rubbing alchahol and a magic eraser permanent marker burn the whole house down and start over.

Magic eraser they are my favorite thing to use. I am using them as my kids decided to use crayons on their walls.
Toothpaste. Let it sit for 5 mins and wipes right off. Works on crayon, marker, pen and sharpie. No scrubbing at all. My son was the worst at drawing on the walls

Depends if u have flat paint or glossā¦ if flat paint then u need to repaint unfortunatelyā¦ everything will strip the pain off actual wall
Take an erasable expo type marker and completely cover the pen like fully cover. Then take hand sanitizer on a paper towel or probably even just water on a paper towel and rub it off. The pen will stick to the marker and everything will come off

It is the alcohol in the hand sanitizer that makes it work. Use rubbing alcohol. No water, water sets ink.

Also dont get pink stuff. Its like a magic eraser but with extra steps i didnt like it at all.

Magic erasers will usually do the trick, but if itās particularly stubborn, Toothpaste on a toothbrush and some scrubbing usually gets the job done right.

Magic Eraser! (I also only clean my tub with them!)
Magic eraser might also take the paint off the wall. Try good ol hot, soapy water first. You might need to just paint over it

Sos my granddaughter drew all over walls with ink pen and crayorns that was the only thing i could get it off with i tryed just about everything else didnt work sos pads was the only thing that got it off
Dawn dish soap a sponge and hot water, my kids did this to our walls and we had a wall cleaning day lol it does work!

Do NOT use a magic eraser. They are basically super fine grit sand paper and will ruin the paint. Use rubbing alcohol, but spot test.
Hair spray took the paint off my walls, I just stick to using gumption now.
Alchohol. And yes I paint houses.

Paintā¦lots of paint.
i encourage my children to draw on the walls & carpet . i enjoy the priceless decor better than any designs that can be found at the store.
that being said, acetone is a sure fire way to remove any inks or paint. JUST ONE OR TWO DROPS on a q tip will do the trick right quick. just lightly run the qtip along the lines drawn. donāt over do it or it will eat the wall paint.
Magic eraser worked for me and trust me it was everywhere, also does crayon, you may loose some paint though

what type of paint high gloss just scrub away with magic eraser if itās no gloss anything will take paint off regardless magic eraser is best pink stuff you can buy on Amazon cleaning paste works good too
