When my baby turns one, how many cups of cow’s milk can I give her a day?
1 or 2 depending how many bottles she gets
There’s no set amount, but I used to give milk in morning and just before bed, sometimes another drink of milk in the day

My daughter is 13 months and we were told not to change to cows milk until she is down to two bottles a day x
About 2 cups (16 ounces). If they eat a lot of other dairy- yogurt, cheese you don’t have to give them that much. We usually did 4 ounce sippy cups 4 times a day (with 3 meals and a snack).
