How to clean ears?

how do you clean your ears?? yesterday i went to ent and they clean my ears out some it was alot but i feel like i still have wax in it i feel it crackling a little and itchy inside still im so scared to put anything in my ears lol lasttime i tryed peroxide when i had infection and build up it didnt work… :disappointed: idk why im so nerves put anything in it i guess i dont wont to clog up again…

I’ve been dealing with crazy amounts of wax and fluid in my ears since I became pregnant and now my little one is 7 months old and still dealing with it. I’ve been in multiple times to get my ears cleaned. I’ve also done the at home treatments. I guess it has something to do with the hormones or so I was told.

If the problem was so bad you had to see an ENT to resolve it, surely they told you why this happened and how to prevent it from happening again. If not, why in the world didn’t you ask questions? You were in the same room with an ENT specialist and you choose to ask advise from complete strangers with no medical training. Don’t try any of these methods. Ask the physician who treated you how to clean your ears!
