Did you have a c section

I got a rash on my legs after ang they said it was probably an irritation from the epidural. (They messed it up and had to stick me 3 times)

You need to re read this.

Omg make sure it’s not shingles. Super contagious and with a newborn

Ask you doctor :woman_facepalming:t2:

Probably a heat rash from the sweating and itchiness, but ASK your doctor to be sure it’s not Shingles or anything harmful to the baby!

I’d probably call my doctor. I mean a rash could be anything.

Check with the doctor ASAP. I don’t know where you live. Even a slight chance its measles could be bad.

Pups? Look that up. My friend had it when she was pregnant.

Ask your doctor to give you nystatin powder. It is a god send.

If you had a c section it could be a skin infection. They noticed my stomach below my belly button to my incision was a whole rash and they prescribed me and antibiotic to take 4 times a day for 5 days. Although definitely call your doctor before anything else and find out for sure what it is before you try anything else.

Yes I had the same thing. Doc said to use Benadryl cream. However, it got so bad that I ended up having to get s steriod pack prescribed to take for 6 days. That made it go away. I was miserable. Good luck…this will pass

This happened to me as well! Turns out I’m allergic to morphine. The rash and itchiness lasted about 3 weeks after I gave birth.

I guess it depends if it was natural or if you had a c section. I’m super allergic to medical glue, and this happened to me.

I’ve had shingles and if it isn’t excruciatingly painful then it isn’t shingles! Shingles attacks major nerve areas

Common sense. CALL your doctor. No FB FIXES

I had pups and it drove me absolutely insane.

The dreaded puppp? I had it
It was awful!

Try plain ole Corn Starch til you get to dr

Make sure you are not allergic to the meds. That’s how my body reacts when I am allergic to meds. Good luck.

I had a csection on April 12th. They had placed a PICO bandage over my incision for exactly 1 week, and removed it the following Friday. The nurse noticed that I had a rash around where the adhesive had been, and told me to use hydrocortisone cream. I woke up the next day to my body covered in hives, and the rash where the bandage had been was even worse, and even more itchy. Doctor then told me it was a yeast infection, and prescribed me a steroid 6 day pack, as well as benadryl, and nystatin cream. I’m on day 5 of the steroid, and the rash and hives are gone! Get it looked at right away!!

Pups. My daughter had it. Ask your doc for meds for it

Hormonal rash…use cortisone 10
