Pop it like it’s hot!

They may be whiteheads

I have them too. I’ve never popped mine and my last child was born almost 10 years ago… they aren’t harmful or bad… so… I just left mine alone.

Most Mama’s have them

They will come right back no use in popping them.

They’re normal, don’t pop them

I was told they are milk ducts, I’ve read you can get some topical cream from your doctor for that. Idk tho I haven’t asked.

Ok when I get white inside the skin around my nipple I pop it

Ive had them my whole life. :person_tipping_hand:

You mean around your nipples?

There supposed to be there, they are called Montgomery glands.

Montgomery glands are the main white spots that become more visible due to pregnancy and hormone changes. Montgomery glands are present on both the nipple and the surrounding areola. They contain an oily substance that keeps the nipples soft and supple.

I had my son 6 years ago on June 6… and just leave them be completely normal i have them too…

They’re milk ducts and they’re not going anywhere. My kids are 11, 13 & 19 & I still have em lol.

I had my daughter June 5th 20 years ago !!!

Those are not zigs, they’re Montgomery glands. Leave them alone.

The substance in these glands is what tells your body if baby is sick or needing certain antibodies, so that it can be produced in your breast milk.

I must be an alien. I never had them and mine are 14/15/19

I leave mine alone. I have a lot of them, they’re the color of my nipples currently, but raised like a mole or something. They turn white when I’m pregnant and sometimes leak breastmilk when breastfeeding. I’ve been told many things about them from non doctors as the doctors I’ve asked just said they’re milk ducts and they don’t hurt anything. I was told not to pop them.
