I was wondering if any mom’s here coupon or know of ways to get free baby items or household items? I’m a first time mom and I see posts about couponing all the time but no one really tells how they do it. Where and How, please help me out with this?

All you do is match sale items with coupons … some stores give you double the coupon value
Go online to the companies you are interested in. The will gladly send coupons and sometimes free samples.

The flipp site shows store ads in your area (or use the ones that come in the mail or newspaper). Cut out coupons for everything you use (or print from online (even check manufacturers sites - some have a coupon section). If youd like, I can email you a form I use for shopping. It helps me track if I have coupons for something. Also, phone app krazycouponlady helps track coupon expiration dates. Look in the ads for deals (ie post cereals 5/$10). Check for post coupons. Say you find $0.50/box. Make sure to print 5 coupons. Now you’re getting 5/$7.50.

I’ve always envied those who coupon. I did get advice on it. It’s pretty time consuming if you want a huge stockpile. Also takes practice and knowing basic math of course and know that sizing isn’t everything to get the best value.

Sign up for enfamil and similac perks programs, pampers rewards, freeflys sometimes sends good stuff
Join the Facebook group “Couponing at Walmart” this group will teach you the correct way to coupon because yes you can go to jail for misusing coupons…she does free live classes a lot and everybody in the group is great and helpful

Download an app called ibotta. Also YouTube has experienced couponers that have tutorials. Download the app to where you shop and they have digital coupons and rewards as well. There are alot of fb groups too
