How to gain weight?

If you do go with implants have them go under the muscle not over

Must be nice. Enjoy it. I gained all my pregnancy weight back and I’m not even pregnant.

I couldnt gain weight after baby. Then I got rid of all the stress in my life and I’m at peace not stressed and finally gain weight back.

A doctor told my mom once (because she was so small), to eat hot peppers with her meal and keep white bread on the table. When she ate the hot peppers she ate a lot of bread to calm the heat down. Worked for her.

I went down to my normal size after i had my daughter ( she’s almost 2) and its took me about the same amount of time to actually put some weight back on. I just have a high metabolism. Same with the boob thing. They were big when i was pregnant, then breastfeeding i went down a size and now back to big.

Im having the same problem… My pre-baby body was awesome and now Im so little

I would say first step would be blood work to make sure thyroid and hormones are balanced. Eat more protein. More frequent meals with smaller portions can help. Working out and not just doing cardio, do some strength training with weights or even yoga.

Prenatal vitamins help the appetite

I lost all kinds of weight but I had gained more than ever in my life after my 2nd and I went from way too big for my size and then dropped to way too small and was like fr sickly skinny for a while. I know it was stress but at the time I couldn’t get it any better under control and I just seemed to keep dropping more and more. My titties were basically deflated skin at that point and I thought for sure it was over for them after another baby, breastfeeding, gaining 55 lbs, losing 60 in less than 18 months…I just figured it didn’t matter what I did! I got my stress better managed and started to focus on what made me happy more… We eat great now! Fish/seafood once or more a week, roasted vegetables all the time, I make 3 sides now instead of 2 and we pretty much stopped eating that meat and potatoes diet we grew up on. It took a while but I started to fill out my shape again and my tits are almost back to where they used to be with size and they are barely any more saggy than after my first, if really at all! Working out on a regular basis is next though💪

Lots of healthy fat like nuts or avocado

Are you kidding? It took me 9 months to lose the weight from my first son, by then, I was pregnant with my second. My boobs got much bigger too and they stayed big!

It took me 2 years to get my boobs back. Gaining weight was hard for me as well. I forced myself to eat breakfast as soon as I got up which helped. Also I’ve cream not the healthiest but hey.

Just out of curiosity To All the Girls who said they lost weight did you all have a boy? I’ve heard boys make you lose weight I could be wrong but this is just what I heard.

Definitely talk to your doctor. If you haven’t had a hard time till now you may have thyroid issues. Or your Metabolism may have changed with pregnancy. After I had my last sin my boobs went from a size b to a ddd. After I was done breastfeeding they went down to dd. Babies just do things to your body

They could both went down a cup size and I wouldn’t have cared
They both couch have gone up a cup size and I wouldn’t have cared but how did only one grow

I had my dr put me on an app it it’s stimulant I am the same way and cannot gain a pound. I take it twice a day, suppose to be 4 times a day but I can only eat so much before I feel like I’m gonna pop. I had 3 kids and still at my prepregnancy weight. I lost all my weight immediately after giving birth. I only eat because I know I have to not because I am hungry. My appetite pills help tremendously

Honestly I think it will come back on it’s own. With my firstborn I left the hospital the same size as before I got pregnant, skinny with big boobs. And he sucked the life out of my breast; I was a DD and went down to a small C and could even fit some Bs. My second I had after I turned 30 and I still have the baby weight and my boobs are back to a DD. I’ve always been really skinny and had a hard time gaining weight so now that I have some extra I’m trying to hang onto it!

When you find out the secret to gaining weight let me know. I’m pregnant with my 3rd atm (7 months) after both my first I was down to 97 lbs the day we left the hospital and Iv never had boobs or a butt. :woman_facepalming:

Weight training or band resistant training, protein shakes, dried fruits and nuts as snacks are good calories.

Nothing wrong with being slender and having perky B cups.

Weight has nothing to do with boobs, what happens after having kids is that they lose muscle so implants and maybe a lift is the only way

You shrunk? I grew 2 cup sizes with each one of mine. I wish I could get rid of these!!!

How could this be? Unless you were heavy before kids and then lost baby weight and a little more. Never heard of anyone going from a D to a B after kids

Lifting. Weight training. It’ll get you that healthy weight

The only thing that helped me gain weight was to eat everything in sight when I was hungry it took 7 years to gain 55 lbs

Sorry I’m no help, but lucky! I wish I could have either my pre pregnancy or my after pregnancy body back because both were amazing. I was never able to gain weight so I’ve always weighed 94 pounds, but now that I’m struggling with my thyroid I’ve done nothing except gain these past few months. :sob:

Weight and resistance training. Lots of protein and healthy fats.

Love your body as it is now. As much as we wish for it to stay the way it was, women’s bodies change after pregnancy.

I’ll cut my fat off and mail it to you overnight express what’s your address?

Why are you complaining be thankful you lost the baby fat

They will come back eventually.

Do NOT GET IMPLANTS !!! Mine almost killed me. Very risky!

I’ll exchange with you!

Before anyone ever gets implants please research Breast implant illness, it is very real and I have four friends who had their lives turned upside down.

Wish I had that problem. Lol

What a terrible problem to have

I was a D and I’m a C now

This is my story too :slightly_smiling_face: after bf two little ones lol
I’ve embraced the smaller side a bit lol, weight is a huge issue, i do the opposite of what people on a diet do food wise lol but no difference it just falls off
Weight training has made my boobs feel better though, and the muscle gain has helped me feel more womanly :slightly_smiling_face:

My boy is now 2 and I breastfed for a year so if your feeding then you need to eat I believe its an extra 1000 calories a day just double check that figure but it’s a year later and I’m now putting weight back on its been a process and a hard one but I have had to eat extra snacks and I have been drinking milkshakes with ice cream blended into it… It’s just constant grazing and good size meals and your body will soon crave more… Hold off on the surgery for now it will take time but put the food work in and you should see results but don’t bother with scales go by how you look and not a number but it will be a bit of hard work for a while x

I worked for a co that made implants… we had some on our desks. We used them a stress items, very soothing. Problem was if we left them on our desk overnight we’d have oil stains on our desk. If they are implanted , there diffenitly oil seeping somewhere.

Track your calories- make sure your eating in a surplus and hitting tour protein goal.

Have your doctor check your thyroid. There is a good chance that is your issue.

I have an eating condition called Achalasia which required a special surgery to make it so I could eat/drink again. While I was awaiting all the results and rapidly losing weight fast the Veterans Hospital put me on Ensure plus to try to maintain my weight as I was rapidly losing. I’m not sure this will help you out. I know its not related to breast deeding or losing weight after a child, just trying to offer what little knowledge I have.

You have breasts for 1 reason & 1 reason only… To give your children the best start to life possible. Breast feeding is a privilege not every woman can provide. Who gives a shit if you dropped a couple of cup sizes as long as your kids are happy & healthy. So sick of women complaining about how bad their bodies are after having children, simple don’t get pregnant & stay a frigging Barbie doll your whole life. Maybe just be proud of being a mother, again not a privilege every woman has. And yes I am a A cup mother of 4 with a very happy & healthy sex life, no complaints from my partner

Are you still losing weight without trying? If so you may want to get your thyroid function checked.

I had that happen. Breast feeding seemed to burn off the fat that was in the boobs before. Only thing I found. (Years later) some birth control meds cause weight gain lol

Check your thyroid. It is very common after giving birth that the thyroid goes off balance.

Erm maybe I can donate some of my excess lbs to you??   :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy:

I had that problem. Idea of putting foreign material in my chest bit to scary for me thou, so here’s a few things I found with my research …

Going back on birth control … the pill … can stimulate breast growth.
There are several supplements u can take … a product called Bust Maxx I’ve heard has pretty good results, and there are lots of creams that promote breast growth … u just massage it in.

There are also breast pumps (same concept as a penis pump)

And last but not least … chest exercises.

If you are still nursing you know your calorie intake should be many more calories than normal- otherwise you will drop weight .

I had that happen with my first.

Omg I’m having same problem, I had my blood work taken and checked thyroid, nothing at all. I’m still not gaining weight, I want my boobs back too!!! I kept eating but not gaining grrrr

I was told What God has forgotten you can pad with cotton. Having only one breast due to cancer I can assure you that it works

Sorry, your boobies are done for. I breastfed two babies and now look like a teenage boy topless lol. Complan or meal replacement shakes on top of your normal food helps

Is boob size really that important!? I literally can not understand this

Id go to the doc and ask about a possible thyroid problem. Ive heard of women losing tons of weight and cant gain it back. And vice versa. It can all be caused by thyroid imbalance

IF you are breastfeeding it will be hard. THe boobies prob won’t go back so easily.

I gained an ungodly amount of weight (70lbs) drinking half to whole gallon of whole milk while pregnant because it was the only thing that helped with heartburn. Doctors said milk is a food not drink and that I had turned myself into a baby cow.

Embrace the flat jacks :rofl::woman_facepalming::woman_shrugging:

With my first I went from a full B to a double EE. I looked down and said, nice rack hahaha.

Now with my 3rd still nursing i am a ddd and will probably have pancake skin flaps when its all said and done :woman_shrugging::woman_shrugging::woman_shrugging:

Before you decide on a plastic job look up breast implant illness! I understand your frustration though :sob::sob:
