Hi mommas I’m not looking for advice to talk me out of this decision I’m getting a tubal ligation after the birth of this third baby. Hoping natural birth I know the procedure process however I need to know how to take care of myself at home after I leave the hospital in order to heal faster and successfully. Thank you ! ( please also keep negative scary comments away I really do not want to scare myself from having it done)
I had mine done 3 months after my C-section. Dr wouldn’t do it during C-section bc my twins were early she made me wait 
. It wasn’t a bad recovery tho few days and I was feeling back to normal
