What do you mamas do to entertain your two month old and help them develop?

Hard to say, every baby is different. My daughter was a little early so by two months she slept a ton and really only woke up to eat. Once she started being a little more aware I started introducing toys and things she could try and touch. Most of the time I spent my days laying or sitting on the floor and just talking to her and showing her all the different things she could play with

If your baby is a wiggle worm lightly tie balloons to there hands and feet and watch them try to get catch em it’s funny and adorable and it helps their motor skills

My daughter loved this at 2 months. I’d definitely get one with music she can move to.

The first few months find a lot of black and white toys, pictures, books etc. I made some when my babies were that small. It help their eyes develope and get their motor skills moving.

I feel like I do nothing with my kid y’all. Like all we do is cuddle on the couch while I watch tv, cuddle in the bed, or he’s in his bouncer or swing. Or in his bouncer outside. Like nothing really going on at my house. He sits on his mat for about 20-30 mins at a time sometimes less. He doesn’t like tummy time on his play mat but does on a different one. I read to him SOMETIMES. I literally have been so tired y’all, I haven’t really done anything with him. I am starting to feel bad bc I saw this post about a mom doing everything in the world. Idk where she got the energy.- also this isn’t my post.
Just engage with them, at that she they can’t really even see good yet so they like colors and hearing your voice so cool at them make faces touch them and play with colorful toys.
