How to introduce milk to babies?

does anyone have any tips or tricks to introduce milk, i’m a first time mom and im just not sure how to go about this

In food 1st. Porridge things like that
But mine I literally just gave a beaker to try all were breast fed until cows milk. Some prefer cold. Or hot choc. I got no added sugar

They don’t need milk once past breastmilk or formula

You mean as switching from formula/breast milk to milk or just adding it to their diet. Switching you would start with small amounts of milk to breast milk/formula mixed. Like 1 oz milk to 4 oz breast milk/formula and gradually increase milk intake as baby gets used to it. As for food. Small amounts of dairy products in each meal. A small portion of yogurt. Technically babies don’t need to drink milk after 1 as long as they are getting appropriate milk products in their diet. My daughter never drank milk she hated it. She’s 4 now and very stout smart girl!

Start mixing slowly. 1oz milk/7oz formula for a couple days, then 2oz milk/6oz formula for a couple days, 3oz milk/5oz formula for a couple more days and keep doing that until it’s all milk

I did half formula half milk. Started about 9 months. At 10 months no more formula or bottle.

Pump it from your breast or give organic plant milk

Use it in cooking but stick to formula or breast milk for drinks until 1. I started by making millet porridge (a fine oatmeal) and using oatibix to make a cold cereal with milk. Pasta with cheese sauce. Yoghurt or fromage frais.
