What did you do to successfully lose your “pouch” and how long did it take? (Besides patience and time)
Three kids 7lbs 15oz and the younger two both 7lbs 11oz I weigh about 112 and will forever have a pouch. I could try sit ups everyday but who cares lol.
I’ve read you need surgery to get rid of it completely. I’ve still got mine.
Um… Exercise and a lean protein diet
In Brazilian we rap our stomach up after having the baby…
I’ve never got rid of mine lol and it’s a lot harder I hear for csection mommas which I’m one
Working on mine but weight lifting is working for me. The added muscle is eating the fat and working my obliques has started to make my entire belly area much tighter. Crunches alone won’t work unless you are doing them from a decline position.
If your talking about the after baby belly I never tried that hard but as your baby grows you’ll find you lose it especially when you start chasing him/her around🤣 besides that some people I know try home workouts with daily things you do like sit ups maybe as your baby tried tummy time or nightly walks I used to take my son out either in his stroller or a carrier nightly no matter what and that helped me a lot but it also gave my son good air and with the sun down it wasn’t so hot and no sun in his eyes.
The old fashioned way. I ate healthy, I did stomach exercises and breastfeeding helped drop the baby weight. Of course, I didn’t gain too much weight with any of my pregnancies in my 20’s. Now I’m 36 and pregnant and it’s been hard to get motivated to get a health kick going, so it’s probably not gonna be so easy this time haha.
Never have 3 years later. Embrace it.
Still there after 18 years, but two surgeries in three years doesn’t help. (Hysterectomy and second surgery to remove ovaries and Fallopian tubes)
Exercise, collagen, time, patience and fasting
There’s just some things that can’t be undone. Unless it bothers you so bad you go get a tummy tuck to remove the stretched skin, but even then it’ll never be the way it was. Gotta take care of your skin from within, before and during pregnancy. If the skin isn’t supple and healthy it won’t bounce back
My 1st 2 kids, lost it right away without doing anything… now that im 40 with a 6 month old, my old ass can’t lose it
Nothing. I’m allergic to exercise. Achoo.
Had no problems after my first 2 Babies but since my 3rd it doesn’t seem to be going away😩(he’s 2 now) I had him when I was 36 tho so maybe that’s why!
It’s called high rise jeans.
3 kids and the youngest will be 2 next month and mine is still there…somethings you just have to learn to accept
