What are your diet secrets? Has anyone lost more weight doing certain things than others? What were your healthy meal choices? It seems to be ten times harder for me to shed some pounds after having my second baby 2 months ago due to me pretty much being stuck in the house. My husband works long hours and we share a vehicle so i dont really have time to hit the gym. My husband and i have a vacation planned just us two in April and i am looking to lose about 40lbs before then. No diet pills, i want to do it naturally!

I do WW it seems to work I’m down almost 80lb before I fell off the waggon at a wedding. My bad lol. I’ve tried other it the only thing that works for me. All that with no exercising.
Low carb, low sugar and intermediate fasting. I don’t eat past 6 PM and wont eat till 10:30-11am. If I snack, its unsalted nuts, berries and cheese. I lost 60 lbs. I would avoid any type of diet where you lose the weight very quickly. Losing weight quickly is very bad for you and leaves you with loose extra unwanted skin.
Juicing, lotttttttttts of water and a good workout/cardio schedule
Youve just had a baby invest in a dual stroller walk.if your nursing fasting isnt great its hard to count calories and take care of kids find a healthy lunch and breakfast you can eat everyday.i do oatmeal almond milk fruit every morn.very green salad for lunch calories for both equal about 750 eat what i want for dinner.keep fruits vegetables and no sugar wholegrain snacks close so you dont wait till your starving and consume wrong things.it helps to look at food as fuel.not fullfillment
I’ve done paleo and keto with Crossfit 4-6 times a week and lost weight. Before, I added running to that routine maybe 3 days a week and lost more.
You can make bread from coconut flour and buckwheat that is candida free
Drink a gallon of water a day

I was off birth control, gave up pop and drank more water and ran after kids… Lost 15 lbs in a month. I did eat healthy, I was also serving at the time.
This time around I did Thrive for a month lost 7 lbs and 4 pants sizes in a month, still not on birth control but didnt change anything. (It was a free month)
Drink a glass of water before your meals. Walk everyday at least an hour. If you eat starch a few times a day. Swap out 2 starches for a fruit instead. Start simple. You’ll gradually build up to a healthy plan for yourself. Everyone isn’t so disciplined to start cold turkey on a diet. The water, walking and fruit will help to shed the pounds. Also try smaller portions each meal. Hope it helps.
Walk. I walk a mile on my lunch break every day…well Monday thru Friday… have been since May and have lost 20lbs. I also dont eat as much as I used to…but I still eat… just try to have smaller portions. And of course drink lots of water.

Limit what you eat. Instead of a cookie, pick up a nut bar. Eat less starch (rice, pasta, bread, stuff like that) and more lean meat (chicken)
Cut out (or back) all sugar intake. Eat more veggies.
Smoothies are a life saver! They fill you up and are quick for those mamas always on the go.
The whole point, you have to output more calories then you are intaking and changing to a healthier diet will do that.
Eat less at meals and more snacks (handful of nuts, a string of cheese, a hard boiled egg)
When it comes to walking, it will tske a little while for it to actaully seem like you are losing weight. Do not let this discourage you!! It takes time. But sticking to a healthy(ier) diet will help just as much
Before my gull bladder surgery I had to go mostly non fat. I made my own smoothies from vanilla yogurt half of a banana and frozen fruit, snacked on fresh vegetables, and ate low fat frozen meals for dinner and dropped 20+ pounds in 3 weeks! I do this when I need to lose a few pounds, good luck! My weakness has always been sugar and salts make me retain water.
