Any mommas have at-home workout video/program suggestions that have helped them lose weight? How much and how often did you workout and what kind of results did you get? I gained too much during pregnancy and need help losing it…
The KEEP app has workout and yoga training. Workouts are catered to you. I have lost 5lbs in 2 weeks. Each workout is 20-30min. I do 1 per day when baby is asleep

Do you have a safe neighborhood. Weather is getting nicer, fresh air is good for both of you and walking at a good pace (to music) is low impact, with pushing a stroller adds resistance for maintaining strong bones in women. Great for fussy times, movement lulls them to sleep. Good for mom, good for baby!
I have two 30 day fitness apps, they have workouts for any area of the body. I lost 8lbs within the month I used it, before I got pregnant again.You can do it however long you want, they have 15-30 minute workouts. I did one app in the morning, and the other before bed. I also drank lots of water and walked.

I like the beach body on demand because there are many different types of workout I can choose from. Going to the gym was a hassle for me and I struggled with anxiety there. I like the variety beach body on demand has because as a beginner I was really bad with balancing and needed core exercises before I could move on to toning and such. And no I don’t sell it I’ve also found a love for yoga to maintain strength, balance and weight loss. I just realized today that I’m 70lb less than I was this time last year. I’m to the point of needing more calories and such to gain muscle weight and only do group yoga now.

Honestly while working out is fantastic, the key to losing weight is your diet. You can’t outrun a bad diet.
Download an app like Loseit or MyFitnessPal and track your calories. You need to eat less calories than your body is burning. If you want to lose a pound a week, you eat at a 500 deficit.
I’ve been calorie counting and with exercise 2-3 times a week and I’ve lost 45 pounds since Jan 1.

I used the 21 day fix workouts-I used ten dvds then started beach body on demand for other options as well. I did it once a day for several weeks then two videos a day, all I needed was a few hand weights. I also started eating healthier using myfitness pal app to track calories and started cutting out meals using Herbalife-I don’t sell them so nog a marketing scheme just happened to like their shakes. Lost around 30 pounds and finally had nice abs after 2 kids. Will be doing it again to lose the pregnancy weight this time.
Gotta way better and workout though to lose the weight and tone up, exercise alone won’t drop the weight…I put on way too much weight during each pregnancy and this has worked for me
Breastfeeding helps you shed the pounds. But I do find a lot of videos on youtube. Also eat clean.
If you are breastfeeding and try to cut calories, you run the risk of losing your supply.
Walk and swim. Those home videos suck.
I downloaded a couple of apps I liked a lot. I can’t remember there names but you can just search it on your phone and a bunch will pop up
Instagram has tons of workout pages I save the videos I like and work out 4 to 5 times a week. I also go on walks almost every night. It becomes a habit after a while.
