How to reduce swelling in feet while pregnant?

Is greatly appreciate it. I’m 33 weeks and I get swelling but this morning while at work I noticed if really bad in my feet today and I don’t know what to do … I sit at a desk so elevating my feet isn’t a option so I’ve got my feet sitting on a bag of ice to help… I brought it up to my dr at my appointment and she didn’t seem to concerned saying it’s normal to swell second go round. 4th pregnancy but the last two I miscarried and didn’t make it this far. Was it because I was on my feet a lot yesterday? It’s worse when I’m hot and my boss keeps the office hot. I need some relief because they are starting to hurt .

Drink more water and avoid salt

Compression socks and drink tons of water. I sit all day as well because I’m a driver and my ankles started swelling around 20 weeks with this baby

Compression stockings will truly help!

also don’t sit for to long every hour get up take a little walk up and down to keep the circulation going. When you get home put your feet up .If it continues raise the bottom of the bed to help drain them at night. You will experience swelling of the feet/ankles when pregnant if your hands and or face start to swell as well its time to give the doc a little call so they can check your blood pressure, but dont worry you’r fine swollen feet /ankles is just something else to put on the Bill to give to your teenager when they are playing up…

Flush your system with water and check your blood pressure, and you really should be sitting with your feet higher than your heart.again most importantly check your blood pressure.
