best way to treat eczema on a 1 year old?? I’ve never dealt with it before.

If it gets really bad tell your Dr and they’ll prescribe hydrocortisone… Other wise, change soaps and lotions to anything without fragrance. I suggest cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer cream. Also don’t take them a bath in hot or warm water is it’ll irritate their skin and always put sunblock when outside because the heat / sun will bother it as well!

I use Aveeno wash and then she also gets prescribed some ointment through her pediatrician. Ever since I started moisturizing and also using the oatmeal bath aveeno wash it has really calmed down

My dr prescribed two different creams. Completely cleared up within 3 days, I apply it every couple of days after it cleared up, every day before hand.
