I am struggling to get pregnant but doctors say everything is fine: Advice?

Detox your body. A lot of things can make your body toxic and infertile. Things like advanced TRS, probiotics, pineapple juice, parasite cleanse. All that. Get everything out and then try. Take prenatal vitamins to store up the necessary vitamins. Iron, calcium and magnesium are really important too.

Maybe it’s him and not you

You can stress yourself out over it and it can do weird things… to can always try something like ovia fertility, and app that helps you track you periods and ovulation. You can also get ovulation tests, sometimes even at a dollar store

Don’t think about wanting to have a baby just let it be

TW…We tried for 7 yrs with lots and lots of losses and then once we decided maybe it was not meant to be tada now i have a almost 6 month old baby boy

Taking prenatals will increase chances of getting pregnant

Stop thinking about it

I was the same so I stopped trying and then a few months down the track found out I was pregnant

I would suggest tracking your ovulation and having sex on your most fertile days if you are not already, the ovulation window is short and maybe you missing it?

Pre seed a lot of women use to help sperm

I agree stop thinking about it, and stressing. Once I stopped “trying” I was pregnant soon after.

I think woman need to understand that stressing & 100 percent trying to plan a pregnancy, is never going to work in your favor. Let God work his magic! You all want this to happen when you say so, or when it dont happen. The 1st thing you do is run To a doctor & want answers on why not you? Stop messing with nature let the course be played out how it is supposed to. God has your life already planned out, & you try to alter that.
I pray for all of you lovely ladies, that you are blessed with children! Stressing messes up your bodies.
Be blessed & never stressed :sparkles:

I waited till my son was 4. I took. Folic acid. Oatmeal. Make sure you keep track of your ovulation days.

This happened to me as well. I was diagnosed with secondary unexplained infertility. We had to do 4 rounds of medicated IUI to finally get pregnant. My husband and I were both tested for everything and all our results came back perfect. They said there was no reason we shouldn’t have been able to do it on our own and that’s why it’s unexplained. Definitely try a different doc or go to a fertility specialist, the specialist is who finally helped us after over 3 years as well.

To everyone on here saying to “relax” “stop trying so hard” 1 in 8 women suffer with infertility. Being someone that struggled for so long, this is the last thing we like hearing from people. I know people try to be kind and just want to help but honestly telling a women that wants nothing more than to have a baby to “stop stressing” or “it will happen when it’s your time” is a punch to the gut. It’s not like we can just shut our emotions off or “stop trying”. Unfortunately it isn’t that easy.

Was your husband checked ?? Lol

I got a blue dye test done to make sure my ovaries weren’t blocked. I guess it knocked something loose because I was pregnant 3 months later.

I’ve known people who just weren’t compatible. Maybe that’s the issue rather than just a single one of you? Some people can have children with one person and not another.

Stop trying. Literally stop trying & itll happen. I tried with my ex husband for 3 years & nothing. Then we found out he was the reason. With my husband now we tried for like 6 months then when it wasnt happening & I was getting upset over it we stopped & said maybe it isnt meant to be. Bam 2 months later I found out I was pregnant with our daughter. Now were pregnant with baby #2 who we didnt try for at all lol we wanted to wait 1 or 2 more years.

Track ovulation if you haven’t been doing so already. Get your progesterone levels checked also!! I had trouble after my 4 kids then nothing, had my levels checked they were too low to maintain a pregnancy (I was conceiving with no issues) you could be conceiving as well and just having “chemical pregnancies” and you not even know it. I only knew because I always tested early. My doctor prescribed progesterone supplements for me and didn’t have an issue carrying my baby after. Good luck! #babydust

I had the same issue. After my first born struggled for 6 years trying to get pregnant. Both my husband and I had all the tests and everything looked fine, was on years of hormones even. I went off the hormones for a year and switched to another doctor and it was my last effort in trying. Before offering any hormones he suggested a tubal flush. Only during the actual tubal flush, did he see my right Fallopian tube was blocked. Two weeks later I ovulated and found out I was pregnant by the end of that month. She is now 3.

Stress, stressing about getting pregnant will make it harder to get pregnant and thinking you can’t almost seems to trick your body into thinking it can’t.

And it always works best if you stop trying an dont plan

Timing…took me 7 years with my partner for our first…then was pregnant with my second when my 1st was only 5 weeks old…its all about timing

I’ve heard that trying can add stress. It could be you’re so stressed over it not happening. Or it could be timing. Has your s/o been checked too?

Plan to take some classes or a vacation and watch you pop up preggo :joy: happened for me EVERY time even when we weren’t trying:joy::woman_facepalming::woman_facepalming::woman_shrugging:

It took us 5 years of trying before our 2nd came along. All I can say is God’s timing is perfect. You will get pregnant when it’s time. Keep having sex but stop “trying”. I promise it’ll work out.

Have your partner get his sperm count tested to see if it is low.

Why do women always thinks its them…it’s not. Sometimes it’s the man. Have your hubby get checked too. Not just you

Have you been tested for pcos?!

I had 2 kids when we started trying for our 3th one, it took us years, i ended up having endometriosis and we didn’t have idea.

Has your partner been checked?
