I feel like my 3 year old isn't eating enough?

I’m worried about my daughter (3 years old) She hasn’t been eating regularly. Like at all. Maybe a few bites or very small snacks. We send her over to her grandma’s house on weekends. She barely eats anything there, either. I’m worried she is becoming malnourished. We try to give her foods that she likes and a new thing or two for variety but just will not eat anything substantial. We’re at a loss here because we’re worried about her not eating enough. Is there anything anyone can suggest?

It’s a phase. 3 year olds are tricky. She will eventually eat everything in sight.

My 8yr old barely eats she rather nibble through out the day than have a big meal :yum: I tried not letting her snack but it’s still the same x she’s been like this for years x

What does the pediatrician say?

Is she losing a considerable amount of weight? If not, it’s a phase. My kid is 14 and she still goes through phases of eating us out of house and home then barely even snacking. I can always guess when a growth spurt is coming because of her eating habits.

Yes, stop worrying unless her dr is concerned, kids do this
