I have Covid and need ideas for my kids

I am isolating in our basement away from the kids. Did any of you wonderful mommas have to do something similar? If so, what were some cute ideas/games that you did to help the kids through this time? Mine are 6, 4, and 1.

Is a spouse or caretaker taking care of the kids? Honestly I was so sick my husband did everything. It’s quite a blur for me. Simple things I do is imaginary tea party. We have a tea set and use water and cookies(animal crackers) and fruit as snack. Paint in ziploc bags. You can get small canvases and put them in with paint squirted in little dots and let them smear it around. Now a great time to color wooden ornaments too.

Have them take vitamins C, D, iron… good food they have a good immunity. Same with you, eat healthy. My kids were ok while Imy husband and I had it. This tea helps… it does wonders.

We had to quarantine together (Boyfriend had it bad. I and my toddler 2 1/2 I had no symptoms she had some. I was just over 30 wks pregnant) luckily I was able to test in time and not get my 12yr and 10yr old sick. (They went to their dads) she just kept busy as she usually would. She had a lot more tablet time than usual and snacks (she didn’t want to eat much at all) I did a lot of cleaning and nesting during our 10+ days. But shes got a ton of stuff like an indoor trampoline and she/we played with her toys. Most of the time she kinda just layed on her toddler couch or with us. She colored and other activities like that like slime ect… But a two yr old is a lot easier than more than one kid especially older ones.

My boys did some arts and crafts. They made paper snow flakes and hearts get well signs ugly Christmas sweaters and Santa hats. They had a lot of screen time. Me and my husband were both really sick. My 12 years old helped so much he made sure his 8 year old brother was fed and taken care of. Idk what we would have done with out that sweet boy.

Myself and my family had it, 3 adults and 2 kids under 8, we had no symptoms besides sneezing for one of the kids and coughing with the adults (also smokers)

I would test the kids. 3 out of my 4 tested positive without symptoms. Only two who didn’t get it was my oldest and my self.

Did 20 days at home bc we tested late and they probably had it the same time their Dad was sick.

We didn’t isolate. I was on day 6 when I tested positive. Doctors told me not to worry about quarantining since my son and husband had already been exposed. We all carried on like normal inside the home. We all 3 even slept together. My husband and son never caught it. Only me.

We didn’t isolate from each other and now we all have antibodies. To each their own.

Your kids are already exposed BUT you can play board games through the door like battleship, go fish, guess who etc
