I have just recently started a new relationship and it’s going great, but I’m constantly haunted by the remarks made in my last relationship about my flat pancake. I’m now very self conscious and worried that I might not have what most men find attractive in a woman. Other than that, I think I have much to offer, but in today’s world the conversation is turn around and let me see your butt. Other than surgery, are there other alternatives such as exercises routines that are to build up/add mass to what is obviously missing?
Go on YouTube or even Pinterest and look up butt work outs. Doing it naturally is great but it takes a long time so don’t get discouraged!! Also look up what foods to eat, eating those foods will help the muscles grow as well
