Talk to your pediatrician. It can be normal but it can also be caused by other conditions. Always better safe than sorry

That sounds like it! My daughter turned 10 and 2 days later got hers. I was 16, my sisters were 12. The doctors said girls will be starting younger and younger.

Certain ethnic groups,such as Jewish girls, tend to be prone to early menstruation,but you should take the child to the pediatrician.
It’s completely normal. Some start early and some late. I’d go ahead and make her an appointment though.
I was 9 when I started my period. I am 33 and I haven’t had any issues other than PCOS, but that’s not related to starting at 9.
Do you spank your kids? Not judging your parenting, but it’s been proven that spanking your children, especially girls, speeds up their sexual growth and can cause them to start puberty early…

My granddaughter just started her period and she will be 10 in a few weeks.

Kids are starting younger because of the growth hormones they feed cattle and swine for human consumption

It’s pretty young but my mother started hers a few months before her 9th birthday, and I know a few people who started before their 9th birthdays
I started to have period before my 8th birthday
I started mine at 9 and I had boobs at 7 like I was in a B cup at 7
