going to the hospital constantly is better than having the baby premature…if your contracting that much u may be dehydrated and need fluids. Also you should ask about the shots to help babys lung development if there is a chance you can go early.
Make sure you are hydrated really well, I would keep getting them and ended up in the hospital cause of dehydration
I feel the same and now I’m in 34 weeks but the Doctor still didn’t do anything and here I am still going to work because the Doctor said I don’t have any complications and it’s normal to feel contractions since the baby is getting bigger. I am tired and I only have intermittent FMLA. 8 days to call off when i don’t feel good.
I had braxton hicks early on in all my pregnancies. Bed rest and lots of fluids helped me as i would get dehydrated. Go in as much as u need and dont feel bad. My contractions stopped on bed rest. I got released from hospital and a day later my water broke after being told i wouldnt progress that fast lol. Baby will come when baby is ready
Your OBGYN/midwife should be consulting with you on this. What did they say?
What does your doctor have to say about your pregnancy?
5 pounds is still a developed baby.
But, I would talk to your doctor or make a hospital trip, if bubs is ready she is ready, there’s no stopping her
That is something you need to ask your doctor, not social media.
Call your Pediatrician Pronto:100:
The same thing happened to me. I was dehydrated and had to drink more
Check with your doctor, get check for pre-eclampsia.
Check with your ObGyn. What you might think is annoying could be a real medical issue. Don’t play with your baby’s health. It might be annoying, but you do want a healthy baby I’m guessing, right
Go to your dr…fb is not the place to deal with an unborn child
Lay down and stay down…except to bathroom…it’s worth it.
Drink plenty of water. We took a pregnant woman in with contractions and got her rehydrated and her contractions stopped
This is something you shouldn’t rely on fb advice for.
Braxton hicks? Also call your OB and talk with them. There’s a pill they could possibly give you, or you may be coming early
Go to the fucking doctor or hospital. This isn’t a joke!
Go to the hospital……it’s your child’s safety at this point, just suck it up and go
Im surprised you are not on complete bed rest
you should be on bedrest.
Water. Drink water like crazy!
Wait, you’ve been having contractions since you were 2 weeks pregnant??
Call Dr/go to ER. Now
Get help with your kids and stay in bed!
Please go to the doctor.
Go to the hospital. At 35 weeks they probably won’t stop them if already stopped once. but will give steroids for lungs. They have 1 drug to stop the contractions which may or may not work and that’s a hospital. You can’t stop real contractions at home. Bed rest will stop Braxton Hicks contractions
Stay off your feet then!
Lots of water and rest.
Sure have the baby lol
Ask ur doctor not fb people.
You need to talk to your DOCTOR. Not Facebook! Your doctor would tell you to go to L&D. So go. You don’t “feel like” going to the hospital to keep your daughter healthy & safe? Are you fucking kidding me? I was in & out of the hospital with both kids, never ever did I not fucking feel like going to the hospital for my CHILDS SAKE.
You’re gross & I hope you see this.
Could be Braxton hicks
No only docs canbut if a baby is coming let them do so.
Sorry to op for this but is leaking from that area normal?
I was put on procardia to stop mine. As well as put on bed rest. And instructed to drink plenty of water.
Taken off bed rest at 36 weeks (left on procardia because of preeclampsia).
If you’re not dilating the contractions are not active labor. They are more annoying than anything. Sadly not much can be done to prevent those.
Sounds like braxton hicks as you’re not dilating, so just your body getting ready! Just try rest and keep in contact with your midwife if your concerned or anything changes
Drink lots of water and stay off your feet. If that’s what’s triggering them, then sit down more. I spent a month on bed rest with my first because every time I was in the car for more than 15 minutes, I’d start having contractions. Dehydration can cause contractions as well. You should be drinking at least 32 oz of water a day. If you’re doing that, drink more…your baby may need more.
I would get off Facebook and go to urgent care or Dr. Make an appointment.
First of all you should be talking to and listening to your doctor.
I had complications with my 3rd child. Dr said stay home for a week. I told him I had one more week of work before I was off for the summer. Went back to work. Ended up in hospital a week later and after a month and a half in and out of hospital I lost my baby girl at 27 weeks. Listen to your doctor.
Secondly, drink a ton of water. I helps to stop the contractions.
Thirdly, no sex. Orgasms can and will cause contractions and premature birth. Didn’t find this out till it was too late.
I beg you to listen to your doctor and rest as much as you can. It may be hard to do but do much easier than dealing with a stillbirth.
God bless you.
If there real contractions you cant stop them they are more likely to be braxton hicks which can be just as painful as the real deal especially if it aint your first pregnancy
I started having contractions early with both my kids. After going to the hospital two times to have them stopped I was put on a medication to take every day until I was 37 weeks pregnant then they no longer try to stop the contractions so both my kids were born at 37 weeks
Stay off your feet. It might be difficult but ask for help.
Please go to the doctor straight away
You should contact your doctor let nature takes it course and keep praying keep the faith
Follow your Dr’s advice.
