Its just a enhancement of flavor to your water. The only downfall is that it has artificial flavors and sugars. There are ones with energy in them like a energy drink. You just need to use it in small proportions and not all the time. I use crystal light sometimes

No. It has vitamins and electrolytes added so would be good if you sweat a lot or after exercise or if you’ve diorrhea. However, it contains caffeine which isn’t great and if you are pretty good on your diet, you’ll pee out the benefits. There is also research that says these types of thing have no benefit. It’s the same type of thing as Lucozade Sport or similar I guess.

Yes and No. It really depends on why you’re asking.
Mio goes in water to give it flavor.

Chemically speaking, no it’s not.
But if it’s an issue of being hydrated after being sick or something, then yes, it’s considered water.

If you have any food sensitivities, I would not recommend. Water enhancers make me feel like I drank a bottle of fiberglass. I believe it’s the artificial sweeteners.

I feel like most of the questions asked here can be simply googled…

Mio will rot your teeth

The mio with caffeine cancels out the water. I was told this by a doctor. The non energy one is good, I’m sure.

There are no artificial sweeteners and flavors in water.

I mean it isn’t the same. But it will hydrate you, and it’s just adding flavour to your water, so it isn’t that far off. Definitely better than having a soda. I prefer sparkling water with flavour myself.

Its not good for you at all. Artificial sweetening. I actually gained a ton of weight using it. Just plain water for me now!.
