There are books and the internet idk about a hotline
Google “pregnancy resource center” in your area… they should have anything listed that you can get to. Call your local dr office and they can probably direct you to somewhere for help
Google, books, doctor when u have visits.
Usually you can call labour and delivery unit / maternity ward at the nearest hospital and they will answer questions for you
