Is throwing up blood normal?

I would call your on call doctor

I had 2 and never throw up blood

Never happened to me before.

Never normal. Throwing up is but not the blood. If it’s still going on go to a diff doctor n go to ER

Its never normal to throw up blood

It depends. Was it like all blood? Or did you throw up and there were streaks of blood in it? Sometimes if you throw up too hard you can tear the lining of your esophagus and it’ll cause bloody streaks. That’s usually harmless and resolves itself once the vomiting has ceased for some time.

I had a c section on may 5th not once have I thrown up blood… I’d def go get a second opinion call your baby Dr

No it is not truly vomiting blood is very serious definitely go to hospital. Has nothing to do with thec sections

You can throw up blood if your stomach is irritated or your esophagus.

Never normal to throe

I had 2 C-sections too and never threw up period.

I’ve had 3 csections. That is not normal at all.

I had two c-sections as well never threw up blood…

No, it is not normal.

Throwing up blood is NOT normal, go to another ER for second opinion pleasd.

Hell no go to another hospital

Just curious if this person has an update? Really concerned about how things turned out for her

I had 2 C-section, I never threw up or heard of it.

Not normal to throw up blood unless you’ve been swallowing it.

No and are you still doing it? Did they put you to sleep or do a spinal block?

No it is not normal to throw up blood. You need to go to a different ED and get help ASAP
