My one year old has started shoving her fingers in the back of the throat, causing her to choke. What can I do to get her to stop doing this? She has made herself throw up a few times.

My two year old doing this now. I rub vinegar on her fingers. Hasn’t done it but once or twice since I sauced her I call it

Lol pretty normal. They are just figuring out their tolerances lol 
my son is in that stage now lol its a joy
